The Weblab Story

Weblab was built around one idea: that real insight comes from understanding real behavior. We founded one of the country's first applied research labs for digital media in 2002, a 6,000 sq. ft. facility, with eye-tracking and neuroscience systems, mock retail environments, and behavioral observation labs.

Today, it requires more. AI has given us the speed and scale to do what the physical lab never could. We're pioneering the next form of behavioral research for digital media.
